Dear Mr Chairman,

Subject: CBMW Programme Discrimination

I am writing to you to express my deep displeasure at the discrimination displayed by your organisation when selecting cover photographs for the programme.  My co-dependent and fellow walker has been walking with the CBMW for many years and has paid her hard earned money for these programmes.

I am particularly incensed by the Spring edition of the programme.  I have noticed over the years that certain "personalities" crop up in these cover photographs time and time again, I hope there will not be any need to instigate a "bung inquiry!"  The final straw that made me put paw to paper was when I spotted Rocky and Xima on the back cover, and Rosie on the front cover.  Just what exactly has the CBMW got against short legged ginger dogs?  If you need a photograph for the next issue I have attached one you may find appropriate.

I acknowledge receipt of your email and as The Secretary of a non existent/non formalised group of walkers cannot offer explanation or reason to pacify you.
 
I feel I must revert to media politics and publish your email and photo on our website for all to see.  I am sure you will receive a most satisfying response.

Hola Rafa,

I must say for a dog you write an eloquent letter. You are obviously very well educated.

May I assure you that no discrimination was intended. I'm quite partial to small short-legged ginger dogs, especially in a bun with mustard.

Pleases check out the Walk Reports and the Photo Albums as I have spotted you at least once in both places.

I hope that by way of consolation the publishing of your photo here will in some recompense for any slight you may have felt, although I'm not too sure what you are doing with Xima!
