The summer season got off to a good start with 48 members and friends walking the western slope of the Montgo towards the Iberian settlement. The weather was excellent for this first walk of the summer which was at a gentle pace on tracks and through the lightly wooded slopes of the Montgo. A pleasant lunch attended by 35 at the Benimaquia Retaurant followed. Thanks to Sandra Newsome for leading the walk.
